What we collect
We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We also store the prompts and generated content in your generation history so you can review them later. We collect payment information via Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the WritoraHub service — authenticating your account, processing payments, and displaying your generation history. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your content
The prompts you write and the content WritoraHub generates belong to you. We do not use your prompts or results to train AI models. Your generation history is visible only to you.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely via Supabase on servers in the EU. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@writorahub.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
