By creating an account and using WritoraHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
WritoraHub is provided for lawful content generation only. You may not use the service to generate spam, harmful, illegal, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Credits and payments
Credits are non-refundable except in the case of technical errors on our part. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in USD.
Intellectual property
Content you generate using WritoraHub is yours to use commercially or otherwise. WritoraHub retains no rights over your generated content.
Limitation of liability
WritoraHub is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
